1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our unified authentication account ("TFLab Integrated Account"), the TFLab website, landing pages, connected services (including TF-Aegis and IAPS), and related information platforms operated by TFLab Inc.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
If this page is provided in more than one language, the Korean version will control to the extent permitted by applicable law in the event of any conflict.
2. Definitions
"Company," "we," "our," and "us" mean TFLab Inc.
"TFLab Integrated Account" means the single-sign-on (SSO) account provided by the Company allowing users to access various TFLab products, connected services, and the Integrated Authentication & Payment System (IAPS) through a unified login.
"Connected Services" means any products, applications, billing systems (e.g., TF-Aegis, IAPS), and services accessible via the TFLab Integrated Account.
"Service" means the TFLab Integrated Account, Connected Services, the TFLab website, and any associated pages, waitlists, or online and offline access points that reference these Terms.
"User" means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
4. Service Content and Availability
The Service currently provides information about TFLab, its products, research, and related initiatives.
Certain pages may also support inquiries, waiting lists, announcements, or future transactions.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time for operational, security, legal, or business reasons.
5. User Obligations
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the Service.
You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, automate abuse against, or misuse site content or assets beyond what applicable law allows.
You must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content through inquiries or other interactions with the Service.
6. TFLab Integrated Account, Transactions, and Billing
The public website can generally be used without an account, but connected products, waitlists, paid features, and customer areas require a "TFLab Integrated Account."
The Company provides an Integrated Authentication & Payment System (IAPS) so you can use one unified account to seamlessly sign up, log in, manage purchases, and handle subscriptions across multiple Connected Services.
To provide a seamless authentication and checkout experience, your account status and basic profile identifiers may be shared among Connected Services (subject to our Privacy Policy).
When making purchases or accessing separate Connected Services, additional product-specific terms, billing conditions, refund policies, or subscription rules may take precedence.
Account access is exclusively supported via Google and Apple social login methods. Offerings may be sold as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions, depending on the Connected Service.
Unless product-specific terms state otherwise, one-time digital purchases are charged upfront, while recurring plans are centrally billed through the IAPS on the cadence disclosed at checkout.
Where recurring subscriptions are offered, billing renews automatically until canceled. You may easily self-manage or cancel your subscription through your unified account dashboard, product settings, or the designated payment provider flow.
At this time, some Connected Services, including early or pre-release Focuno experiences, may not yet include an in-product self-service account deletion feature. Until such functionality is introduced, you may request account closure by emailing contact@tflab.io, and we may require reasonable verification before processing the request.
When an account-closure or deletion request is received, we will close the integrated account and terminate related access as reasonably practicable, except for records we must retain for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate compliance purposes.
If and when Focuno or another Connected Service introduces a self-service account deletion feature, we will describe the applicable workflow and effects within the product or the relevant service policy.
For consumers in the EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions with statutory distance-selling withdrawal rights, digital services or digital content may be subject to a cooling-off period unless the consumer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges that the withdrawal right may be lost once performance begins, where permitted by law.
For recurring subscriptions and other negative-option programs offered to U.S. consumers, TFLab intends to disclose material billing and renewal terms before charge and to provide a cancellation method that is at least as simple as the sign-up flow where required by applicable law.
Refunds, withdrawal rights, trial handling, and cancellation timing will depend on the relevant product page, checkout disclosures, payment provider terms, and mandatory consumer laws.
If a refund, chargeback, reversal, or cancellation is processed, corresponding access rights, licenses, or entitlements may be downgraded, suspended, or revoked to the extent permitted by applicable law and product-specific terms.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and product-specific terms for a separate offering, the product-specific terms will control for that offering.
If a minor uses a paid or account-based service in the future, consent from a legal guardian may be required under applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer protection rules provide cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or disclosure rights, those rules will prevail over any conflicting service-specific policy.
Pre-registration and Product Interoperability Rules:
- Features or apps launched prior to the Focuno subscription platform (such as TF-Aegis) are generally offered as one-time purchases. A one-time purchase grants lifetime "Pro" access to that specific service as long as it operates, completely independent of any Focuno subscription status.
- However, if you acquired "Pro" status for any service collaterally through a free pre-registration event or special early-adopter promotion, you may be required to maintain an active Focuno monthly subscription upon Focuno's official launch in order to continually retain that promotional "Pro" status across the ecosystem.
