Marketing Information Consent

1. Overview

This page explains how TFLab handles optional consent for marketing and promotional communications.

Marketing consent is optional, and declining it does not affect your access to TFLab's core services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt into marketing communications.

2. What You May Receive

Product launch announcements and major feature updates.
Event invitations, newsletters, research, and educational content.
Promotions, special offers, and campaign notices related to TFLab services.

3. Legal Basis and Consent Rules

We obtain your explicit prior consent before sending commercial advertising information via electronic media in accordance with applicable laws.

If nighttime delivery is required between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM the next day, we only send such communications when separate prior consent has been obtained. Without that separate consent, delivery during that time window is restricted.

4. Channels and Information Used

TFLab uses only the channels for which you have specifically opted in:

Marketing Channels: Email, App Push Notifications.
Information Used: Email address, device identifiers (Push Token), service usage logs, and records of consent/withdrawal history.

5. Withdrawal and Company Contact

You may withdraw your consent at any time:

Methods: Unsubscribe link in emails, in-app settings menu, or via email to contact@tflab.io.

We will notify you of the result of your withdrawal request as required by law. No fees are charged for processing your refusal or withdrawal.

6. Retention

Marketing consent records are retained until consent is withdrawn or for the period necessary to demonstrate legal compliance.
